SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS*
Cloroben PT-BIO1 works on household drains, disposals, grease traps, and sump
stations. Safe for all plumbing. PT-BIO1 solution may be used to digest the source of
odors on surfaces in restrooms, loading docks, dumpsters, livestock areas, or public
transit stations. It can also be used on fabrics or rugs to eliminate pet odors.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Slow Drains/Drain Odors- Mix 4 oz. of product with 8 oz. of warm water. Add
the solution to the drain nightly until flow is restored and odors are gone, typi-
cally one to three applications every 24 hours. For best results allow to work
overnight or at least four hours before resuming drain use.
SINKS/TRAPS-Dilute 3-4 oz. of product with 2 parts warm water and add to
drain. Allow to work overnight before flushing through. Repeat weekly or as
needed.
GARBAGE DISPOSALS- Add 6 oz. of product directly around the mouth of the
disposal. Allow to work overnight, then flush with warm water. Repeat weekly.
SHOCK DOSING- For severely clogged slow running drains, increase dosages
2-3 times the preventative maintenance doses until lines flow freely. If line is
completely stopped, it will be necessary to either use a strong caustic or acid
cleaner or mechanically snake the line first.
LINE SNAKING- 1) Blend 1 part product with 4 parts warm water. 2) Begin
using a mechanical snake while adding this solution to the line. The product’s
emulsifying action helps keep grease and sludge from redeposition on pipe
walls for faster more complete cleaning. 3) Flush out the line with hot water
while still running the snake. 4) Begin a preventative maintenance program.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE- Use 2 oz. of product mixed with 8 oz. of water
weekly for every (2) household occupants. Treat a different drain each week.
COMMERCIAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE- Dispense product daily using
2 oz. for each inch of line diameter and 50 feet of drain line or use 4 oz. for
every 100 meals served. For best results add before the longest period of non-
use. Flush with warm water the following day. When adding manually into sink
traps, follow with 1 pint of warm water to flush the product past the trap.
ODOR CONTROL- Dilute 1 pint per gallon in pressure sprayer. Use on rest room
tile, dumpsters, garbage receptacles, loading docks, lift stations, public transit
stations and other areas where waste odors exist.
