4. FIRST AID MEASURES
Eye: Flush victim’s eyes with large quantities of water for fifteen minutes holding the eyelids apart. Get medical
attention if irritation persists.
Skin: Wash with soap and water. Remove all contaminated clothing.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. If conscious, give large quantities of water or milk. Get immediate medical
attention.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
Get medical attention.
5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Flashpoint: 175°F T.C.C.
Flammable Limits: LEL 2% UEL 12% (based on Isopropyl Alcohol)
Autoignition Temperature: Not applicable
Extinguishing Media: Use water fog or spray, carbon dioxide, dry chemical or foam.
Unusual Fire or Explosion Hazards: Classified as combustible, will burn under fire conditions.
Special Fire-Fighting Instructions: Firefighters should wear positive pressure self-contained breathing
apparatus and full protective clothing.
Hazardous Combustion Products: Burning may produce carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and unidentified
hydrocarbons.
Explosion Data (sensitivity to mechanical impact or static discharge): None known.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Extinguish all ignition sources. Use absorbent material to pick up small spills. For large spills Collect with inert
absorbent and place in container for proper disposal.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling: Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep containers closed when not in use. Use with adequate ventilation.
Storage: Keep away from heat, sparks and flame.
