Clean the threads of the pipe and tting to remove oil,
dirt and debris.
Stir the compound using its applicator brush.
Brush the compound on the male threads of the pipe,
turning to coat all sides. Avoid brushing any compound
into the pipe.
Your pipe is ready to be threaded into the tting. Excess compound remaining after the pipe has
been threaded into the tting should be wiped off.
