HESSAIRE OSCILLATION MOTOR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

● DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER TO COOLER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING OSCILLATION MOTOR.
● INSTALLATION MUST COMPLY WITH COOLER MANUFACTURER’S SPECIFICATIONS AND APPLICABLE ELECTRICAL
AND BUILDING CODES
● USE ONLY IN UPRIGHT POSITION.
1)
Before you begin replacing your evaporative
cooler oscillator motor, turn off and unplug your
unit. Carefully remove the back panel and media
from your cooler by removing the 2 Phillip screws
and slide up then pull down and out on the panel.

Remove the 2 screws from each side and 3
from the front to open the top of the cooler
and gain full access to the inside of your unit

Remove the 2 screws that hold the oscillation
motor into place and replace with the new
motor

From inside the unit, remove the side media
keepers and media to expose the screws that hold
on the top panel.
3)
Unplug the oscillation motor from the control
panel (taking a picture could be helpful for later
reference)
6) Connect the new motor to the control panel
7) Replace the 7 screws that hold the top panel
into place
8)
Replace the side media panels and media
keepers
9) Replace the rear media, panels, and screws
