INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT - READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Some parts have sharp edges. Care must be taken when handling the various components to avoid personal

injury. Wear gloves when handling.

IF YOUR GRILL IS ALREADY INSTALLED ON THE CART - You will need to remove all loose items inside

(cooking grates, radiant trays, rotiss rod & forks, etc.). You will need assistance resting the entire unit on its

back. You will also need to keep the lid from opening as well. THE UNIT IS VERY HEAVY!! USE EXTREME

CAUTION!!

TOOLS REQUIRED:

7/16” Combination Wrench or Socket Wrench

Phillips Screwdriver

1. Remove all loose contents from inside your cart and lay the unit on its back with the doors facing up. Be

sure to use a protective mat or cardboard to prevent any scratches to the stainless steel.

2. When originally shipped, the casters with brakes were installed in the front (see below). In order to keep

the cart mobile after installation of this kit, the casters with brakes must be moved to the rear. Swap the

casters using a wrench or socket. Re-tighten all nuts firmly.

INSTALLATION (continued) 3. Locate the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the cart. Install 2 flat washers, the countersink washer, and then the flat-head screw as shown below. Repeat for the opposite side. Leave the screws slightly loose. 4. Install the caster cover by positioning the keyhole over the screws & washers you installed in Step 3 and slide toward the rear of the cart. Tighten the screws. Repeat for opposite side. 5. Installation is complete.
