ADJUSTING THE RINSE-AID DISPENSER SETTINGADJUSTING THE RINSE-AID DISPENSER SETTING
The rinse-aid dispenser can be set to one of 6 different levels. The setting can be adjusted to
suit the hardness of the water to prevent spotting / staining. The hardness is set using the Select
(program selection) button.
The setting can be adjusted by holding the Select button down for 20 seconds until the ADD
Rinse-Aid indicator light flashes, while the Selected Program indicator lights to show the current
hardness setting. Each press of the Select button changes the setting following the sequence in
the Rinse-Aid Adjustment Table below:
After carrying out the adjustment or displaying the current setting, if you do not touch the button
for a few seconds the dishwasher will automatically exit from adjustment mode and return to the
standard operating mode.
• The default setting is b4.
• The amount of rinse-aid must be increased if the washed dishes appear dull or feature circular
stains.
• If, on the other hand, the dishes are sticky or have white streaks, it is necessary to reduce the
rinse-aid setting.
