The bottom filter screen can be also removed for cleaning. To remove the screen, first remove the

filter assembly and the lower spray arm as instructed on previous pages. Then gently lift the lower

screen out for cleaning.

• Clean the screen under running water (at room temperature) using a stiff brush.

• When removing the bottom screen, take care that there are no food residues on it. If any

residues fall into the sump (A), they might block hydraulic components or foul the spray arm

nozzles.

• It is essential to thoroughly clean all the filters according to the above instructions. The

dishwasher cannot function if the filters are clogged.

• Carefully replace the filter screen and the filter assembly in their seats, to avoid damaging the

wash pump.

• Run the soak program twice in succession.

• Unplug the power cord from the socket.

• Fill the rinse-aid dispenser.

• Shut off the water supply valve.

• Leave the door slightly open to prevent the formation of unpleasant odors inside the

dishwasher.

• Check that there are no deposits of sludge or rust inside the water supply pipe. If there are,

allow the water to run from the water supply for a few minutes.

• Plug the power cord back into the socket.

• Reconnect the water intake hose and open the water supply again.
