OVEN CONTROLS

NOTE:
The PROOF setting is a very low oven
temperature around 100°F [38°C] for
assisting yeast-leavened breads and other
baked goods to rise. It is best to start
with a cool oven when using this setting.
PROOF COOKING MODE
1. Turn the Mode Select knob to the PROOF
setting.
2. Set the Temperature knob to the PROOF
setting. The display will show “PRF” to indicate
this setting.
3. If the oven temp. knob is not in the PROOF
setting, the display shows “SET TEMP” and
flashes “PRF” intermittently until the knob is
rotated to this position.
4. Once the set temperature has been reached,
the display will look like the image below.
