Customer responsibilities
As part of your HP Rapid App Mobilization purchase, you will receive from HP:
• End to End Project Management (Single Point of Contact, Communication Management,
Escalation)
• Discovery (Process Operational Workows, Transformations, Applications, Cloud
Connectivity)
• Design (UI/UX Design)
• Conguration
• Develop (Workows, Application client package)
• QA (Quality, Testing, User Acceptance Test)
• Training
• Performance & Quality monitoring
The Customer will:
• Designate a Focal Point Contact for HP for business (business workows) and for IT
(technical aspects)
• Collect and provide required information about their specic enterprise environment from
business, IT, and functional perspectives
• Provide onsite connectivity/remote network set-up
• Provide user privileges set-up
• Provide an on-premises test and production environment
• Provide back-end enterprise application setup
• Execute User Acceptance Training with HP and sign-o
• Provide application delivery, for example, App Store, MDM, software package distribution
