5.6.3.1. Wakeup.
5.6.3.1.1. Command Transmission.
Only a very short string needs to be sent by the LSC to wake a
sleeping Reader. The string is detected by the hardware and wakes
the Reader. This is a hardware-oriented command, therefore the
format is different than all the other commands.
