CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS – Proposition 65 Warning
California’s Proposition 65, also called the Safe Water
Drinking Act and Toxic Enforcement Act is a right to know
law enabling California residents to make informed
decisions to protect themselves from chemicals known to
cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Belwith Keeler Décor Solutions has chosen to provide a
warning based on our knowledge relating to the
presence of one or more listed chemicals without
attempting to evaluate the level of any exposure. The
level of exposure for our products may be negligible or
well within the “no significant risk level”. However, to
uphold California residents right to make informed
decisions, we have decided to place the following
Proposition 65 warning on this product.
