Warranty

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
M&T Solutions, LLC, warrants our products to free from manufacturing defects for a period of
one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by
improper installation, alterations, modifications, tampering, or for use other than which it was
designed, or failure to maintain the product. This warranty also does not cover damage caused
by appliances, or other devices connected to, or placed near the product.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and any claims must accompany the original
printed sales receipt that shows the retailer, date, item sku, and price paid. The customer is
responsible for shipping the defective item to M&T Solutions for replacement. M&T Solutions
will determine if the product is defective and replace it with a new product. A shipping and
handling fee may apply to process each warranty claim.
M&T Solutions’ obligation to replace its products or product components as set forth above is
the sole and exclusive warranty extended by M&T Solutions. There are no other warranties,
expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for a
particular purpose. M&T Solutions will not be liable to a distributor or to any other party in
strict liability, tort, contract or any other manner for any damages caused or claimed to be
caused as a result of any design of or defect in our products, or for any special, incidental or
consequential damages of any nature. Where applicable, M&T Solutions’ statement of warranty
complies with local directives.
