READ FULLY BEFORE INSTALLATION!

This kit allows for the permanent removal of the steel support brackets that are located in the rear fender

well, which provide support and protection rear portion of the floorboards.

The objective of the kit is to allow removal of the obstruction to oversize tires that is caused by this

stock support bracket. This is replaced with a heavy-duty support bracket that fits entirely under the

floorboards and bolts to the frame and foot peg support.

If this is not what you expected, or is not consistent with your intended use, you should return the

product immediately to the seller, before installation, for a refund of the purchase price; less any fees.

After installation, product is warranted for 90 days for defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty

is limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement of the kit, at the seller’s option.

Installation 1. Remove the plastic floorboards from both sides of the ATV. 2. Place the support bracket next to the frame and using a marker, mark the location where the bolthole will be drilled into the frame to connect the kit to the ATV. 3. Next, using a 3/8” drill bit, drill the holes into the frame in the marked locations. 4. Once the holes are drilled, connect the support brackets to the frame using 8mm x 40mm hex head bolts, 8mm washers and 8mm lock nuts provides in the kit.

5. Using a hacksaw or reciprocating saw, cut the portion of the stock support bracket between the ends of the new support bracket. 6. Repeat steps for opposite side.
