Instructions For Cam-bolt and Cam-lock Tools Required CAM-BOLT � � EB CAM-LOCK 8 INSERTING AND TIGHTENING CAM-BOLT ✓ Place Cam-bolt on pre-drilled hole and screw in vertically Shoulder is flushed (on the same level) with the panel. X Shoulder is above the panel. Place Cam-bolt on the designated pre-drilled holes on the panel. Use a Phillips Screwdriver to screw-in Cam-bolt vertically until shoulder is flushed (on the same level) with panel. Do not over-tighten or under-tighten.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BUFFET a) Lay Top Panel (A), Left and Right Panel (F & G) as shown in Drawing 1A, 1D & 1E on a material that does not scratch or damage the parts, and screw in Cam-bolt (1) into designated holes. Refer to Page 4 for instructions on inserting and tightening cam-bolt. b) Lay Left & Right Partition Panel (C & D) as shown in Drawing 1B and screw in 4x Cam-bolt (1) into designated holes. Next, turn (C & D) over and screw in 1x Cam-bolt into designated hole.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BUFFET STEP 3 - ASSEMBLE DRAWER a) Position Drawer Side Panels (0) to Drawer Front Panel (N) as shown - note the groove on each panel is at the bottom. Use Screw (5) to fasten (0) to (N). Do not tighten screws completely until both screws are in place in each panel. b) Fit Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) by inserting the edge of (Q) into the groove on Drawer Side and Front Panel.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BUFFET STEP4 a) Position Left Back Panel (F) from STEP 1 as shown and insert Wood Dowel (2) into the hole beside each Cam-bolt. b) Attach 1x Side Shelf (E) to (F) via cam-bolt and wood dowel and insert Cam-lock (3) into designated hole on (E) and turn clockwise to lock onto Cam-bolt. Refer to Page 4for instructions on inserting and tightening Cam-lock. c) Use the procedures in a) and b) above to install second piece of (E) to Right Back Panel (G). 0 0 G \) 0 0 F \) \\ E 8 I 14

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BUFFET STEPS a) Position Left Partition Panel (C) from STEP 1 as shown and insert Wood Dowel (2) into the hole beside each Cam-bolt. b) Attach (C) to Side Shelf (E) and Left Back Panel (F) via cam-bolt and wood dowel. c) Insert Cam-lock (3) into designated hole on (E & F) and turn clockwise to lock onto Cam-bolt.. d) Use the procedures in a), b) and c) above to install Right Partition Panel (D) to Side Shelf (E) and Right Back Panel (G).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BUFFET STEP6 a) Place Bottom Panel (B) from STEP 2 right-side up as shown and insert Wood Dowel (2) into the hole beside each Cam-bolt. b) Attach left section assembly - Left Partition Panel (C), Side Shelf (E) and Left Back Panel (F) to (B) via cam-bolt and wood dowel. c) Insert Cam-lock (3) into designated hole on (C & F) and turn clockwise to lock onto Cam-bolt. d) On the inside-face of Left and Right Partition Panel (C & D), insert Wood Dowel (2) into the hole beside Cam-bolt.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BUFFET STEP 7 a) Insert Wood Dowel (2) into the designated holes at the rear edge of Bottom Panel (B) and attach Back Rail (I) to (B) via wood dowels. b) Fit Back Panels (H) via respective groove on Left Panel Partition, Back Rail and Right Partition Panel (C, I & D).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BUFFET STEP 8A a) Insert Wood Dowel (2) into the designated inner two holes on the top edge of Left & Right Partition Panel (C & D), and Back Rail (I). b) Attach Top Panel (A) to the assembly via wood dowels and cam-bolts on (A). c) Insert Cam-lock (3) into each designated hole on each respective panesl and turn clockwise to lock onto Cam-bolt. STEP 8B a) Insert Shelf Holder (9) into the respective hole at the desired level. Next, insert Middle Shelf (K) to sit on (9).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BUFFET STEP10A - Insert Drawer a) On the Left and Right Partition Panel, bring the ball-bearing slider on Slide Track forward to towards drawer opening of the desk. b) Align the back open-end of the Slide Runner on each side of the drawer to fit squarely into the groove on the open front-end of Slide Track on the Left and Right Partition Panel. Be sure the drawer/Slide Runner is not tilted or angled, and push in drawer squarely.
