Installation Guide
STEP 3
STEP 4
Install the Sidewalls
First conrm that the length of the sidewall you removed from
the spa is the same as the corners (some spas use different length
boards on the corners than on the sidewalls). Once the cabinet
height is determined, carefully measure, mark and cut all 8 panels
for height ONLY.
Install the Trim Strips
As before conrm the length of any trim strips you removed from
the spa. Cut the provided trim to length using a circular saw as
shown in Image #7.

Next, tackle one side of the spa at a time. Measure from the edge
of the installed corner to a central stud of the spa frame. And, from
that stud to the opposite corner. The widths of the panels should be
close, but may not be EXACTLY the same. Cut two panels to t
between the corners on one side and have the joint land at a central
stud. Install the sidewalls using four screws and grommets for each
panel—one in each corner (approx. 1" from the corner), ensuring
each screw is securely fastened in the frame.
Repeat this step for the remaining 3 sides of the spa.

Position each trim strip over a joint—between the corner and
sidewall (as shown in Image #8) and between the two sidewall
panels. All 12 trim strips will be required—3 per side—to cover
the joints between the new panels. Fasten each trim strip with two
screws—one at the top and one at the bottom of each strip.
