4.5 Temperature Alarm
When the temperature of targets triggers the set alarm, the device will perform congured acons,
such as, ashing the rule frame, making an audible warning, or sending nocaon to the client
soware.
4.5.1 Set Alarms for Exceponal Temperatures
Alarm acons, such as, audible warning, sending nocaon to the client soware, are triggered
when the tested temperature exceeds the set alarm or alert value.
Steps
1. Go to Sengs → Thermography Sengs → Alarm Sengs .
2. Enable the funcon and set the alarm threshold, alert threshold, and audible warning.
Alarm Threshold
When the tested temperature exceeds the threshold, the device sends alarm nocaon to
the client soware. It beeps if the audible warning is enabled. The frame ashes red if the
frame rule is congured.
Alert Threshold
When the t
ested temperature exceeds the threshold, the device sends alert nocaon to
the client soware.
Audible Warning
The de
vice beeps when target temperature exceeds the alarm threshold.
Alarm Capture
The device captures radiometric images when target temperature exceeds the alarm
threshold.
Min. Alarm Interval
It controls the minimal me interval between two alarm informaon uploading. It helps
r
educe repeated and frequent
informaon receiving on the part of APP and client soware.
Note
If the area rules are set to measure temperature, the alarm threshold, alert threshold and
audible w
arning sengs only works in the framed areas. Otherwise, the parameters are valid for
pixel-to-pixel temperature measurement (whole-screen temperature measurement).
