Acvate via SADP
SADP soware is used for detecng the online device, acvang the device, and reseng the
password. Get the SADP
soware from the supplied disk or the ocial website, and install the
SADP according to the prompts. Follow the steps to acvate the camera.
Before You Start
• Ensure your computer and the recorder are in the same network segment.
•
Install the SADP soware in your computer.
Steps
1. Run the SADP
soware.
2. Check the recorder status from the device list, and select the inacve recorder.
Note
We highly recommend you to create a strong password of your own choosing (using a minimum
of 8 characters, including at least three kinds of following categories: upper case leers, lower
case leers, numbers, and special characters) in order to increase the security of your product.
And we recommend you reset your password regularly, especially in the high security system,
reseng the password monthly or weekly can beer protect your product.
3. Enter the same password in Password and Conrm Password.
4. Click Acvate.

iVMS-4200 is versale video management soware for mulple kinds of devices. Get the client
soware from the supplied disk or the ocial website, and install the soware according to the
prompts. Follow the steps to
acvate the device.

1. Run the soware.
2. Go to Control Panel → Device Management .
3. Select inacve recorders.
4. Click
Acvate.
