Clean the windscreen and
paste the electrostac film
onto it.
Avoid introducing air bubble.
Install the dashcam onto the
center of the electrostac
film and connect the
dashcam to power.
Then route the power cord
along the red line.
Insert the car charger into
the cigaree lighter, and
then insert power cord into
USB interface.
Adjust the surveillance
angle and installaon is
completed.
Scan the QR code to download and
install HikDashcam app.
Add the dashcam to app by
connecng app to the Wi-Fi of
dashcam.
Step 1. Run the HikDashcam app.
Step 2. Tap Wi-Fi Connecon.
Step 3. In Wi-Fi list, select the Wi-Fi
name of the target dashcam and
enter Wi-Fi password to build
connecon.
Step 4. (Oponal) You can set the
parameters of the dashcam.
For iOS system, you need to go to
Wi-Fi sengs of your phone to
connect to the Wi-Fi of dashcam.

Aer connecng to Wi-Fi, the

Please edit password and acvate
the dashcam to avoid abnormal
recording.

Dashcam Wi-Fi default parameters:
• Wi-Fi name: HIKVISION-F6-XXXX
(XXXX refers to the last four
characters of verificaon code.)
• Wi-Fi password: 1234567890
Power on and Power off
Connect the dashcam to power via cigaree lighter. The dashcam
powers on once you starts up the engine and powers off once you turn
off the engine.
Since some cigaree charger interfaces may be powered constantly,
please make sure that the dashcam stops aer you turn off the engine.
Otherwise, insufficient voltage may occur to vehicle baery.
Rrecording
Two recording types are provided: Normal Reording and Emergency
Recording. Sound and mute recordings are selectable. Sound recording
is set as default. You can turn off sound in app.
Safety Instrucon
These instrucons are intended to ensure that users can use the
product correctly to avoid danger or property loss.
The precauon measure is divided into “Warnings” and “Cauons”
Warnings: Serious injury or death may occur if any of the warnings
are neglected.
Cauons: Injury or equipment damage may occur if any of the
cauons are neglected.
Cauons
• In the use of the dashcam, you must be in strict compliance with
the local laws and regulaons.
• Keep the user manual properly for future reference. See inial
connecon of dashcam in user manual.
• Purchase the TF card from legal channel. To ensure safe and
stable data transmission, it is recommended to use TF card of class
10 or above.
• To protect TF card from damage, shut down the dashcam before
installing and uninstalling TF card.
• If the dashcam is directly connected with the vehicle power
system, you are recommended to power off the dashcam when the
engine is off. Disconnect cigaree lighter to avoid insufficient
voltage and abnormal startup. Reconnect cigaree lighter to
ensure dashcam work normally when you start the car again.
• Operang temperature is from -20 C to 70 C (-4 F to 158 F). To
protect the dashcam, DO NOT use it in high temperature, low
temperature, or high-humidity environment. Keep the dashcam
from rain and dust.
• The manual is subject to update. The funcons of dashcam may
vary according to different device models.
