Visit the camera via the applied domain name. Connecting the camera via a modem Purpose: This camera supports the PPPoE auto dial-up function. The camera gets a public IP address by ADSL dial-up after the camera is connected to a modem. You need to configure the PPPoE parameters of the camera. Refer to Section 2.2.

Select English as the interface language on the top-right of login interface. 5. Input the user name and password and click . The admin user should configure the device accounts and user/operator permissions properly. Delete the unnecessary accounts and user/operator permissions.

By setting the Trap Address, the camera can send the alarm event and exception messages to the surveillance center. Note: The SNMP version you select should be the same as that of the SNMP software. Manually setting the day/night mode is invalid. When the IR Light Mode is manual and the Brightness Limit is 0, you can set the day/night mode manually. When the IR Light Mode is manual and the Brightness Limit is not 0, the night mode is set as the default mode. Manually setting the day/night mode is invalid.

Fluorescent Lamp You can select this mode when there are fluorescent lamps installed near the camera. Sodium Lamp You can select this mode when there are sodium lamps installed near the camera. Refer to Section 3.2.2 Live View Operation for detailed information. 4.1.1 Setting/Calling a Preset Purpose: A preset is a predefined image position. For the defined preset, you can click the calling button to quickly view the desired image position. Setting a Preset: Steps: 1.

The operation of Operator is prior to that of User. When the Operator is controlling the camera, the User cannot control it. Select the calibration mode and perform the calibration. Auto Calibration: (1) Select the calibration mode as Auto. (2) Move and zoom in/out the PTZ view to make sure the PTZ view and the panoramic view is almost the same. (3) Click Calibrate to start the auto calibration.
58 User Manual of PanoVu Series Network Camera 4. Set the tracking duration. The camera stops tracking when the duration time is up. The duration ranges from 0 to 60 seconds. 5. Click to set the current zoom ratio as the tracking zoom ratio. 6. You can select Add, Delete, and Clear All to edit the calibration sites. The coordinates and PTZ positions of selected calibration sites will appear in the list below.
