2. Use the directional button to move the camera to the location where you want to set the limit, and
click Left Limit or Right Limit to link the location to the corresponding limit.
The speed dome starts linear scan from the left limit to the right limit,
and you must set the left limit to the left of the right limit, as well the
angle from the left limit to the right limit should be no more than 180°.
4.2.8 Calling Linear Scan
Follow this procedure to call the linear scan in the predefined scan range.
1. Perform one of the following actions to display the PTZ control panel:


 Click PTZ in the lower-right corner of the PTZ Settings interface.


 Press PTZ on the front panel.


 Click the PTZ Control icon in the quick setting bar.


 Select the PTZ option in the right-click menu.
2. Click the One-touch tab to show the one-touch function of the PTZ control.

3. Click Linear Scan to start the linear scan and click again to stop it.
Click Restore to clear the defined left right limit data. The dome
needs to reboot for settings to take effect.
