15.10.2 RTSP Authencaon
You can specically secure the stream data of live view by seng the RTSP authencaon.
Steps
1. Go to System → System Service → System Service .

2. Select RTSP Authencaon Type.
Note
Two authencaon types are selectable, if you select digest, only the request with digest
authencaon can access the video stream by the RTSP protocol via the IP address. For security
reasons, it is recommended to select digest as the authencaon type.
3. Click Apply.
4. Restart the device to take
eect the sengs.
15.10.3 RTSP Digest Algorithm
RTSP digest algorithm is based on RTSP protocol, it is an algorithm for digest authencaon of the
user
authencaon. You can congure RTSP digest algorithm via web browser.
Go to Conguraon → System → Security → Authencaon via web browser to select the
required RTSP digest algorithm type.
15.10.4 ISAPI Service
ISAPI (Internet Server Applicaon Programming Interface) is an open protocol based on HTTP,
which can realize the
communicaon between the system devices (e.g., network camera, NVR,
etc.). The device is as a server, the system can nd and connect the device.
Steps
1. Go to System → System Service → System Service .
2. Check Enable ISAPI.
3. Click Apply.
4. Restart the device to take
eect the sengs.
