2) Select the Direction as A<->B, A->B, or A<-B.
A<->B: Only the arrow on the B side shows. An object crossing a configured line in
both directions can be detected and trigger alarms.
A->B: Only an object crossing the configured line from the A side to the B side can
be detected.
B->A: Only an object crossing the configured line from the B side to the A side can
be detected.
3) Drag the Sensitivity slider to set the detection sensitivity. The higher the value, the
more easily the detection alarm will be triggered.
4) Click Draw Region and set two points in the preview window to draw a virtual line.
Step 7 Set the arming schedule. Refer to Chapter 12.1 Configuring Arming Schedule.
Step 8 Set the linkage actions. Refer to Chapter 12.2 Configuring Alarm Linkage Actions.
Step 9 Click Apply.
13.4 Intrusion Detection
Purpose
The Intrusion Detection Function detects people, vehicles, or other objects that enter and
loiter in a pre-defined virtual region. Specific actions can be taken when an alarm is triggered.
Step 1 Go to System > Event > Smart Event.
Step 2 Click Intrusion.
