Chapter 2 Install SIM Card

Pluggable 3G/4G wireless communicaon module is designed for the device. Install SIM card to

realize wireless

communicaon.

Before You Start

Prepare SIM card and L-shaped screwdriver.

Steps

Note

Some models support dual SIM cards. The installaon method is same with that of one SIM card.

This secon takes example of one SIM card installaon.

1. Wear anstac gloves.

2. Use L-shaped screwdriver to unfasten and remove the two screws

xing the 3G/4G module.

3. Pull out the 3G/4G module.

4. Press the buon on the SIM card slot and then pull the SIM card tray out.

5. Place the SIM card on SIM card tray with the metal side facing upwards.

6. Insert the SIM card tray back to SIM card slot.

7. Install the 3G/4G module back to the device and fasten the screws.

What to do next

Connect 3G/4G antenna to 3G/4G antenna interface.
