Chapter 10 HDD Management
Initializing HDDs 10.1
Purpose:
A newly installed hard disk drive (HDD) must be initialized before use.
Option 1: Initialize HDD from the Startup Wizard
When the device starts up, the Setup Wizard can guide you to configure basic settings.
In the General settings interface, check I
nitialize HDD to initialize the HDD when it is used for the first time.
