Device Type
Main Card Reader
You can congure the device card reader's parameters. If you select main card reader, you
need to congure the following parameters: Card Reader Type, Card Reader Descripon,
Enable Card Reader, Authencaon, Recognion Interval (s), Minimum Card Swiping
Interval (s), Max. Authencaon Failed Aempts Alarm/Alarm of Max. Failed Aempts,
Enable Tampering
Detecon and Enable Card No. Reversing.
Sub Card Reader
You can congure the connected peripheral card reader's parameters. If you select sub
card reader, you need to
congure the following parameters: Card Reader Type, Card
Reader Descripon, Enable Card Reader, Authencaon, Recognion Interval (s), Max.
Authencaon Failed Aempts Alarm/Alarm of Max. Failed Aempts, Enable Tampering
Detecon, Communicaon with Controller Every (s) and Max. Interval When Entering
Password (s).
Card Reader Type
Get card reader type.
Card Reader Descripon
Get card reader descripon. It is read-only.
Enable Card Reader
Enable the card reader's funcon.
Authencaon
Select an authencaon mode according to your actual needs from the drop-down list.
Recognion Interval
If the interval between card presenng of the same card is less than the congured value, the
card
presenng is invalid. The interval me range is from 0 to 255 seconds (When set to 0, it
means that recognion interval is not enabled, and the same authencaon can be used for
unlimited mes).
Authencaon Interval
You can set the
authencaon interval of the same person when authencang. The same
person can only authencate once in the congured interval. A second authencaon will be
failed.
Max.
Authencaon Failed Aempts Alarm/Alarm of Max. Failed Aempts
Enable to report alarm when the card reading aempts reach the set value.
Enable Tampering Detecon
Enable the an-tamper detecon for the card reader.
Enable Card No. Reversing
The read card No. will be in reverse sequence aer enabling the funcon.
