Make sure you have issued the card to the device.
Present the card on the card reading area to unlock.

You cannot unlock the door by presenng the main card.

nger on the nger recognion module to unlock.
5.3.4 Unlock by QR Code
The device supports unlocking by QR code. You can use the camera to scan the QR
code which is created via mobile client.

staon is connected to Wi-Fi.

Make sure the door staon has issued the card and connected to the indoor
staon.

ch and install the Hik-Connect to your mobile phone.

Register and login the client according to the noce on the page.
3.
Sc
an the QR code/bar code on the device or enter the serial No. manually to add
the indoor staon.
