W3", for use in specific through-penetration firestop systems. Product is intended to mount
onto the fluted deck fire rated assembly and provide a flat surface onto which the CFS-CID
MD firestop device can be installed.

APPROVAL: Listed as cast-in firestop device platform for use in specific through-penetration firestop
systems. Approved for UL System Nos. F-A-0040, F-A-0041, F-A-1192, F-A-1193, F-A-1194,
