STEP 1: _________________________________________________________________________________________ Lay the shipping box flat to protect the Glider during assembly. Begin to assemble the Glider Base by standing up the Glider Base right side (B-R) and align Glider Base Support Stretcher (I) with pre-dilled hole in Glider Base. Insert Hex Head Bolt (F) into pre-drilled hole and hand tighten with Hex Wrench provided. Fig.

STEP 1: _________________________________________________________________________________________ Insert ¼” X 2” Bolt (E) through the Glider Bearing Strap (H) and into the pre-drilled holes in the to of Glider Base as shown below. Pace the nut provided on the ¼” x 2” bolt and hand tighten. Fig. 5 Be sure that the Glider Strap Bearing (H) flares out toward the bottom. It is possible to install the bearing backwards. Fig.

STEP 2:___________________________________________________________________ ______________________ Stand Glider up on its’ end and place Glider Side (C-R) on top of Glider Seat (J) and Glider Back (A). Align the pre-drilled holes in the Glider Side with the Glider Seat and insert Hex Head Bolt (F). Hand tighten and repeat for the rear pre-drilled hole in the Glider side. Fig.

STEP 3:__________________________________________________________________ ______________________ Raise the Glider Upper and insert the ¼” x 2” Bolt (E) through the pre-drilled hole in the Glider Upper. Align the Glider Bearing Strap (H) with the ¼” x 2” bolt and place the nut on finger tight. Fig. 13 Repeat this for all four Glider Bearing Straps (H) on all four corners of the Glider.

CARE TIPS LISTED BELOW ARE SOME TIPS TO HELP KEEP YOUR FURNITURE LOOKING NEW. To preserve the finish on stained or pure white furniture it is highly recommended that they either be placed indoors or in a protected environment such as a covered porch. In any case the finish will last longer and look better if kept out of direct sunlight and blowing rain. This furniture is not intended to be used in an unprotected environment.
