3.6.2 Acceleration Measurement (Charge, Preamp)
Setting Procedure
Use the CURSOR keys to move among items. Select a setting with the F1 to F8 keys.

Select the measurement mode.
[Charge]: When using a charge-output acceleration pick-
up sensor
[Preamp]: When using an acceleration pick-up sensor
equipped with an internal preamp

Set sensor sensitivity
[Sensitivity]
Set the value per m/s

defined for the acceleration sensor to
be used
( p. 73).

Select the measurement range
[Range]
Select the appropriate measurement range. The setting val-
ue is the units per division on the vertical axis.
(Units: m/s

= acceleration)
The RANGE/POSN knob selects the range.
Refer to the specifications for available ranges (
p. 95).

Select the input coupling method
[Coupling]
Select the coupling method for input signals ( p. 65).
[ AC or GND ]

Select the low-pass filter
[LPF]
To suppress high-frequency components, select a low-pass
filter within the input module (
p. 66).
[ Off, 500Hz or 5kHz ]

Set the anti-aliasing filter
[AAF]
Turn this on to suppress anti-aliasing distortion, such as for
FFT analysis
( p. 67).

Perform zero adjustment
