6.7 Triggering by Analog Signals

A trigger is applied when a specified variance (slope amount) occurs within a
specified time. The slope is specified by a width (time) and level (amount of
change). Select the Trigger Slope (
↑ or ↓) for the direction of change to be
observed.

Operating Key Procedure

CURSOR
Move the highlight cursor to a trigger number to
be set.

Select the trigger type.
CURSOR
Move the cursor to the [Type] item.

Select [Slope].

Select a channel.
CURSOR
Move the cursor to the [Ch] item.

Select a channel to which the trigger applies.

Select the trigger slope.

Set the width (interval) in which to judge the amount of
change.

Move the cursor to the [Width] item.
