(If searching for local maxima or minima)
Set the criteria for the local maximum or minimum value
(Filter).
CURSOR
F1 to F8
Move the cursor to the [Filter] item.
Set the criteria for the local maximum or mini-
mum value. (1div = 100 points)

Move the cursor to the [Exec] button.
Starts searching.
[Searching] appears on the Status bar, and the
locations where search criteria are satisfied are
displayed.
Search markers ( indicate locations where
search criteria are met.
To search for more instances (local maximum or mini-
mum values only)

Select [Next].
To move a cursor to a found location
F4
or F5 Select [Move Cur A] or [Move Cur B].

Close the search function.

Select [Close].
Off When a value is larger (or smaller) than the
value of the data points immediately before
and after it, that value is considered to be a
local maximum (or minimum) (default set

ting).
