Create a folder.
Make sure write protection is disabled for the storage media.
10.7.5 Creating New Folders
Operating Key Procedure

Move the cursor to the directory in which you want to
create a folder (⇒ p. 276).

Enter the name of the folder.
F8 → F5
Display [Page 2/3] and select [Create Folder].
The [Create Folder] dialog box appears.
F1 to F8
Select [Edit] or [Direct] (when using the key-
board) and enter a name.

F7
Select [Execute].
A new folder is created.
To cancel creating
Select
F8 [Cancel].

To open the screen: Press the FILE key → File screen
