Chapter 10 Saving/Loading Data & Managing Files
You can add items to the file list to display details for those items. You can also
set the file list to show only the items you require.
10.7.8 Setting the Items to Display
Operating Key Procedure

Display the file list you want to view ( p. 276).

Switch to FN mode.
FUNCTION MODE
Display [FN] mode.
F3
Select [Display Items].
The [Customize Display Items] dialog box ap-
pears.

Select the items to display.
CURSOR
Move the cursor to an item you want to display.
F1 to F8
Select whether to show or hide the item.

Select [Execute].
Only items with checkmarks ( ) added are
shown.
To cancel selecting
Select
F8 [Cancel].
Selecting Display Items
To open the screen: Press the FILE key File screen

The SELECT key can also be used to se-
lect whether to show or hide items.
The
CURSOR keys can be used to
scroll left and right in the file list. (Only
when the scroll bar is displayed.
