Connect to calibrate the 9665 10:1 Probe or 9666 100:1 Probe.

The TRIG OUT/CAL terminal can be used as a probe calibration output signal
terminal (CAL) or as a trigger output terminal (TRIG OUT) (⇒ p. 392). It cannot
be used for both functions at the same time.
