2) Working with external 1PPS reference signal:

In this case, the modulator directly uses the 1PPS available from the external source
available on the 1PPS I/O interface. This 1PPS reference signal is used for both temporal
synchronization and 10 MHz PLL locking.
3) Working with external 10 MHz and external 1PPS reference:

In this case, the modulator uses the external 10 MHz signal as well as the external
1PPS signal available on the 10 MHz In and 1PPS I/O interfaces, respectively.
A 10 MHz reference signal is always available on the 10 MHz Out interface.
