1 INTRODUCTION TO USE Before using your mitre-saw, please read this instruction manual very carefully in order to become familiar with the machine and its recommended use. Do not lose this manual as it is an essential part of the machine itself. We recommend you always refer to it in order to operate the machine in the best and safest way possible. Keep the manual with the machine and handy at all times to be consulted whenever necessary.
EN – Do not force the tool • It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended. – Use the right tool • Do not force small tools to do the job of a heavy duty tool. • Do not use tools for purposes not intended; for example do not use circular saws to cut tree limbs or logs. – Dress properly • Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery, they can be caught in moving parts. • Non-skid footwear is recommended when working outdoors. • Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
HANDLING This mitre-saw is small and light and, therefore, can be easily handled by one person alone by locking the transportation block by means of the pin 19 and by lifting the machine by means of the control handgrip 1. 2.3 TRANSPORTATION To transport the machine, place it in the box it was in when purchased. Ensure it is placed in the correct position indicated by the arrows on the packaging.

2.2 MOVIMENTAZIONE 2.3 TRASPORTO Nel caso si renda necessario trasportare la macchina, rimettetela nella scatola originale nella quale era contenuta al momento dell’acquisto, facendo attenzione ad inserirla nella giusta posizione rispetto alle frecce presenti sull’imballo. Prestate molta attenzione agli ideogrammi stampati sulla scatola, che forniscono le indicazioni di pallettizzazione e sovrapposizione di più scatole.

– – A questo punto, rimontate la flangia esterna 43, riavvitate la vite 42 e serratela con forza mediante le chiavi esagonali in dotazione. Abbassare il piano superiore fino all’altezza desiderata e inserire il tappo di protezione dell’albero portalama. ATTENZIONE: • È assolutamente vietato montare lame che alla vista risultino incrinate. Montare esclusivamente lame a norma EN 847-1. • È assolutamente vietato utilizzare lame ad alta velocità in acciaio.

2.2 VERSCHIEBUNG Da die Kreissäge relativ klein und leicht ist, kann ihr Standort leicht verändert werden, auch von einer einzigen Person. Es genügt, durch Einwirkung auf den Bolzen 19 das Transportgesperre freizugeben und die Maschine mit dem Steuergriff 1 hochzuheben. 2.3 ACHTUNG: Bevor Sie eine der in den folgenden Abschnitten beschriebenen Einstellungsarbeiten vornehmen, kontrollieren Sie bitte, ob der Motor der Maschine ausgeschaltet ist.

2.2 DEPLACEMENT Compte tenu des dimensions réduites et du poids limité, la tronçonneuse peut être facilement déplacée même par une seule personne, en actionnant le bloc pour le transport avec le goujon 19 et en soulevant la machine à partir de la poignée de commande 1. 2.3 TRANSPORT 2.4 POSITIONNEMENT/POSTE DU TRAVAIL (Fig. 2-3) Placez la machine sur un banc ou bien sur un socle/piédestal suffisamment plat, de manière à avoir la meilleure stabilité possible.

Le pousseur doit être empoigné par la partie A, tandis que la partie B doit être mise en contact avec la pièce à couper (voir figure).
– Baisser le plan supérieur jusqu’à la hauteur souhaitée et insérer le bouchon protecteur de l’arbre porte-lame. 5.2 PRUDENCE: Lorsque vous devez couper des barres ou des pièces en aluminium ou en matière plastique, bloquez toujours la pièce sur les appuis angulaires à l’aide de l’étau pour éviter qu’elle ne se déplace durant la coupe, ce qui provoquerait des coincements susceptibles d’endommager la pièce proprement dite et la lame.

2.2 DESPLAZAMIENTO Dadas sus reducidas dimensiones y poco peso, la cortadora puede ser transportada cómodamente incluso por una sola persona, accionando el bloque para el transporte por medio del pasador 19 y levantando la máquina por la empuñadura de mando 1. 2.3 TRANSPORTE Si fuera necesario transportar la máquina, colóquela de nuevo en la caja con la cual se suministró, teniendo cuidado en colocarla en la posición correcta siguiendo las flechas impresas en el embalaje.

CUIDADO: La máquina está dotada de un dispositivo de empuje cuyas dimensiones y forma respetan la exigidas por las normas de seguridad (Fig. 15). Cuando la máquina se usa como SIERRA CIRCULAR (utilizando para el trabajo la superficie de trabajo superior ...) la utilización de dicho accesorio es OBLIGATORIA.
– – Ahora monte de nuevo la abrazadera exterior 43, enrosque el tornillo 42 y apriételo con fuerza por medio de las llaves hexagonales en dotación. Baje el plano superior hasta la altura deseada y coloque el tapón de protección del árbol de soporte hoja. NOTA: La protección móvil 11 regresará a su correcta posición automáticamente cuando descienda por primera vez la cabeza de la máquina, sin necesidad de colocar de nuevo el pestillo.
6.2 ASISTENCIA • En caso de que se necesite la intervención de personal calificado para las operaciones de manutención extraordinaria, o en el caso de reparación bien en garantía y bien en un período sucesivo a ésta, diríjase siempre a un centro de asistencia autorizado, o directamente a la empresa, si en su región no se encuentra un centro de asistencia. 6.

2.2 MANUSEAMENTO 3 O serrote circular é pequeno e leve por isso, pode ser facilmente transportado por uma pessoa só fechando o bloco de transporte no pin 19 e levantando a máquina pelo punho de comando 1. 2.3 TRANSPORTE Para transportar a máquina, coloque-a na caixa que estava quando foi comprada. Verifique se está posicionada na posição correcta indicada pelas setas da embalagem.

Segurar a guia de ajuda na parte A, enquanto a parte B deve ser posta em contacto com a peça a cortar, conforme mostra a figura.
– Abaixe a superfície superior até à altura desejada e introduza a tampa de protecção do veio do porta-lâmina. 5.2 AVISO: Quando cortar barras ou peças de alumínio ou plástico, aconselha-se a utilizar a prensa para prender a peça firmemente contra os suportes angulares, evitando assim que movimentos que podem danificar a peça e a lâmina. NOTA: O escudo movível 11 voltará à sua posição correcta automáticamente quando a cabeça da máquina for carregada sem ter de repor a garra.
