2.2 Control Knobs and Switches on Display Unit
2.2.1 Display Console
Figure 2.2-1 shows the display unit.

• PC: SEM control personal computer. Placed inside of the door.
• Monitor display: Display monitor of PC. For adjustment of the monitor, refer to
instruction manual of the monitor. Model of the monitor display is
subject to change without notice.
• Manual operation panel: Frequently used controls are placed on the manual operation panel.
• Display power switch: Power switch of display unit. Power of PC also controlled with the
switch. Be careful not to shut the power switch off before shutting
down PC using Windows functions.
