DVD Player / STB Selection
You can use this remote control to operate DVD Player and Set Top Box of Hitachi or other
makers as well as this
set.
Set Up
Example: Hitachi DVD
1. Set up the maker.
Hold down button and press button.
2. Set up the maker type.
Release the button whilst keeping button depressed. Then press button.
3. Confi rm the setting.
After setting the maker and type, press the SUB POWER button on the remote control.
If the DVD does not switch ON, repeat step 1 and 2 using other maker types as listed.

Operation Procedure
When you use the remote control for DVD player or Set Top Box of Hitachi
or other makers, press
button for DVD player or button for Set Top
Box.
You can use the buttons highlighted in the fi gure on the right. The

button blinks in red once after you press any usable button on the remote
control for DVD player or Set Top Box.
NOTE
The remote control buttons may not be available depending on equipment.
