6.1.11 Setting Initialization
This function is used to restore the factory default settings of
Function Selection and Input/Output.
? NOTE
• The history display on the “Function Selection” screen is also updated
to the factory default setting.
• If the indoor unit that does not support Setting Initialization is selected,
“No Function” is displayed.
• Even if “All” is selected, the settings of Function Selection and Input/
Output for the indoor unit that does not support Setting Initialization
cannot be initialized to the factory default settings.
1 Select “Setting Initialization”on the “Installation Menu” screen
and press “OK”.
2 Press “ ”, “ ”, “ ” or “ ” to select the indoor unit. Press “OK”.
If there is only one indoor unit connected to the wired remote
controller, this screen is not displayed (the screen in Step 3
is shown).
3 Select “Yes” on the conrmation screen and press “OK”. Wait
for approximately 30 seconds.
? NOTE
Before using this function, make sure that restoring factory settings will
not cause issues or inconvenience.
4 Select “Complete” and press “OK”. To initialize another
setting of Function Selection and Input/Output, select
“Continue” and press “OK” to return to Step2.
