• *1 Even if stoppage Alarm “02” is not always indicated. If the unit is thermo-OFF due to another cause of stoppage prior to alarm occurrence, the
code of the cause remains.
• *2 The outdoor unit equipped with an inverter resets ODU Micro-Computer if the transmission between inverter PCB and outdoor unit PCB is
interrupted for 30 seconds. Therefore, the stoppage cause code when Alarm 04 occurs may be “05”.
• *3 IDU Micro-Computer is reset if the transmission between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is interrupted for 3 minutes. Therefore, the
stoppage cause code when Alarm 03 occurs may be “06”.
• *4 If the stoppage cause code “21” is indicated on the indoor unit of twin, triple, or quad, check the stoppage cause of other indoor unit numbers.
