5 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
The Hitch Demon® Software and Technology is owned by Hitch Demon, LLC ("Hitch Demon®”). The Technology is protected under United States Patent Nos.
US 8,696,130 B2 and 9,341,307 B2. Other patent pending. The Hitch Demon® Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The
Hitch Demon® Software and Technology are licensed to the End User ("you" or "your"), not sold. The Hitch Demon® Software and Technology are provided under
the following license and are subject to the following terms and conditions which are agreed to by you, on the one hand, and Hitch Demon® on the other hand:
IMPORTANT: CAREFULLY READ THIS LICENSE BEFORE USING OR OTHERWISE SUBSCRIBING TO ANY HITCH DEMON® SOFTWARE, AND/OR
TECHNOLOGY. BY USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE HITCH DEMON® SOFTWARE AND TECHNOLOGY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT
YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WITHIN 10 DAYS
OF PURCHASE OF THE HITCH DEMON CONTACT [phone] FOR DETAILS ON HOW YOU CAN RETURN THE HITCH DEMON® PRODUCT
FOR A FULL REFUND.
LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hitch Demon® provides you the Software and Technology (together called the "Product" for purposes of this License Agreement), and grants you a limited, non-
transferable, non-exclusive, and non-sub-licensable license to use the Product in accordance with this Agreement. The Product may be used using a mobile phone or
tablet (“mobile device”) containing iOS or Android applications. You agree to use the Product with your mobile device solely for personal operations. You further
understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Product was designed for off road and show use only. Laws may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction so you agree to check your local laws regarding the use
of this product while traveling on public roadways. Some jurisdictions do not allow for exterior lighting. Check your local laws for compliance. Hitch Demon®
assumes no responsibility for damages, fines or claims resulting from the use of this product, and you agree to hold Hitch Demon® harmless from any damages,
