Set the 2.4G wireless SSID in "Extended 2.4G", set the 5.8G wireless SSID in
"Extended 5G", and set the wireless password in "Wi-Fi password" (as shown in Figure
15).
6.Mode description:
(1) Repeater:
The repeater mode refers to amplifying the original Wi-Fi signal and then transmitting a
new Wi-Fi signal (the new signal name can be the same as or different from the original
Wi-Fi signal) , endlessly expand your wireless network to cover large areas and improve
performance.
(2) AP mode:
AP mode: Wireless access point mode is a working mode that converts wired to Wi-Fi
wireless. It is usually used in an environment where only wired access has no Wi-Fi
signal in the current environment.
Settings: Insert the network cable into the network interface of the device, select “AP
mode” of the “Work mode” (as shown in Figure 14), and click [Next] to enter the
“Wireless Configuration” page. Set the 2.4G wireless SSID in "Extended 2.4G", set the
5.8G wireless SSID in "Extended 5G", and set the wireless password in "Wi-Fi
password" (as shown in Figure 15). After clicking [Save], the device will restart and
apply the new configuration work (as shown in Figure 16). In AP mode, the device
indicator will be blue when the start-up is complete.
