DEUTSCH III. Setup & Bedienungsfunktionen Vor dem Erstgebrauch Anbringen des smartLAB® combo an Ihr Fahrrad Der smartLAB combo Sensor wird an die Kettenstrebe gegenüber der Kette befestigt 1. Zuerst wird der Trittfrequenz-Sensor an Ihr Fahrrad montiert. Hierzu benötigen Sie zwei der beiliegenden Kabelbinder. Bringen Sie den Trittfrequenzsensor an die Unterseite der Kettenstrebe und binden Sie es locker daran an.
Hinweis: Die Platzierung des Magneten an der Pedalstange kann von der Platzierung des Sensors sowie des Fahrradtyps und Kettentyps abhängen. Hinweis: Es ist möglich, dass entweder der Trittfrequenz-Sensor oder –Magnet bei Fahrradtypen mit dreifachen Ketten-Kurbelsatz und/oder S-Bend Kettenstreben eine Unterlegung benötigen, um beide Teile in die richtige Lage zueinander zu bringen. 5. 6. 7. 10 Nun wird der Geschwindigkeits-Sensor befestigt.

Anbindung an Fahrrad-Computer oder App Zur Anbindung des smartLAB®combo an ein gewünschtes Empfangsgerät lesen Sie bitte die Anbindungsbeschreibung des jeweiligen Geräts durch. Das smartLAB®combo besitzt die integrierten Datenübertragungstechnologien Bluetooth® Smart und ANT+.
Das smartLAB®combo enthält eine CR 2032 3V Batterie. Diese ist in dem Trittfrequenzsensor integriert. Um die Batterie zu wechseln, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: 1. Öffnen Sie den Batteriedeckel durch Drehen des Deckels mit Hilfe einer Münze in die vorgegebene Pfeilrichtung. 2. It can be used during a training or in your leisure time. The smartLAB®combo is compatible with most bike computers supporting wireless transfer technology. III. Setup & Functions Before first use ENGLISH Mounting the smartLAB® combo on your bicycle The smartLAB®combo is mounted onto the non-drive chainstay, opposite to the chain. 1. First the cadence sensor is mounted on the chainstay. Using two cable ties, loosly hang the cadence sensor from the underside of the chainstay. Please make sure that the battery lid is easily accessible. 2. With the bare side place the cadence magnet onto the crank arm and loosly attach it to the crank by using a cable tie. 3.
Notice: Placement of magnet on crank arm may depend upon cadence sensor placement, the bicycle type and/or drive chain type. Notice: Candence sensors or magnet placed on bicycles with triple chainring cranksets and/or S-bend chainstay may require to be shimmed in order to get both pieces within correct proximity. 5. 6. 7. 28 Now the speed sensor will be mounted. Playe the rubber pad benieth the speed sensor and mount it loosly to the chainstay with the cable ties.
8. Tighten the cable ties to the speed sensor when in correct position and cut of the loose ends if neccessary. ENGLISH Notice: Placement of speed sensor may depend upon spoke magnet placement, the bicycle type and/or drive chain type. Notice: Speed sensor or spoke magnet placed on bicycles with triple chainring cranksets and/or S-bend chainstay may require to be adjusted in order to bring both parts within correct proximity.
Connecting device to bike computer or App To connect the smartLAB®combo to a desired receiving device please check the connection built up in the accordant device manual. The smartLAB®combo has the integrated wireless data transfer technologies Bluetooth® Smart and ANT+.
Changing the battery 1. Open the battery lid by turing the lid with a coin in direction of the arrow. 2. Remove the battery carefully and insert the new battery into the device with the plus side to the lid. 3. Close the lid by using the coin again. ENGLISH The smartLAB®combo uses a CR 2032 3V battery. This is integrated in the cadence sensor. Follow these instructions to change the battery: Sensors, magnets and batteries need to be disposed of according to local regulations.
IV. Miscellaneous Maintenance • • • • • • Do not dump the device or use force while operating it Avoid exposing the device to high temperatures or direct sunlight. Do not immerse in water, since this might cause irreparable damage. Let the device acclimate after having stored it in a temperature close to zero. Do not immediately use it in such a condition. Do not try to disassemble the device. NEVER take the device to pieces by yourself. In this case the warranty will not be valid anymore.
