Common problem
LED Status Description
After power on, the indicator is steady green (about 40
seconds), indicating that the node is starting. After the
startup is complete, the indicators are described in the
following table.

If the number of nodes in the network
topology is less than 3, simply power on the

add up to 5 nodes.

device but the signal from the master device
is normal.

Thank you for purchasing HNK products, you will enjoy the following
services when using HNK products.
I. Warranty commitment

-Working temperature: 0 ℃ ~ 40 ℃; Operating humidity: (10 ~ 90)% RH, non-condensing.
2. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty
-Out of warranty.
-Disassembled or repaired by the customer without permission.
-Man-made damage, damaged and deformed.
-Installation and use in abnormal environments such as high
temperature, high pressure and humidity cause failure.
-Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods
and earthquakes.
Explanation:
For products not covered by the warranty, our company can provide
paid repair services. After paid repairs, the same performance problem
will enjoy a free warranty period of three months from the date of
repair.
3. Maintenance method
-Before sending your product for repair, please call HNK technical
support hotline to confirm product failure.
-HNK products are nationwide. If the product you purchased has a
hardware failure within the warranty scope, when the distributor cannot
be contacted, you can obtain the warranty service at the XX service
center with the purchase invoice of the product; if the purchase invoice
cannot be provided, It will be postponed for two months as the start
date of the warranty.
4.Other
-The above service commitments only apply to products sold by our
company in China. For products that have agreed on after-sales service
terms when they are sold, the contract confirmed by HNK shall prevail.
-Production date see product serial number: The first four digits of the
serial number represent the year and month of the production date, for
example 1901 represents January 19.

Note:
The scope of warranty is limited to the product host. Power cords,
various connecting cables and other accessories are not covered by the
warranty. If these accessories have problems within 7 days after
purchase, they can be replaced free of charge. If the product has
performance problems within 15 days after purchase, and the
appearance is not scratched, you can replace the new product directly
at the place of purchase.
If the product has a performance problem during the warranty period,
please contact XX first. Test: If the product is confirmed to be defective,
you can contact the place of purchase to replace the repaired product
of the same model or equivalent performance for free. Return it as is. If
there are obvious scratches on the product shell, only free repair is
allowed. The warranty period for external power supplies and wireless
external antennas is three months. If the power supply has obvious
hard object damage, cracks, broken legs, severe deformation, and the
power cord is damaged, broken, bare cores, etc., it will not be replaced
free of charge, and users can purchase it separately. For products that
have been guaranteed by HNK, the original warranty period shall
prevail.
