6.2 Docking Station
The docking station is used to accommodate the skeye.pad XSL. It
serves as:
• Charging station and
• for PC communication

Several connections can be found at the rear side of the docking
station.

1. Power supply of the docking station to connect power supply
unit HW 1430
2. RS232
3. USB client (to connect to a desktop PC via Active Sync)
4. USB host (to connect peripheral devices)

LED green ⇒ on
The skeye.pad XSL is charged.
LED orange ⇒ on
Indicates a correct connection of the docking
station to the skeye.pad XSL.
