7.2 Exchanging Data via ActiveSync
Using the ActiveSync program you can perform the following tasks
(between your desktop PC and your skeye.pad):
• Securing and restoring skeye.pad XSL data
• Adding and removing programs on your skeye.pad XSL
• Synchronising files
• Transferring and copying files
7.2.1 System Requirements for the ActiveSync Program
• Desktop PC with a 486/33DX processor or higher
• Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0 or Windows 95 (or
higher)
• 8 MB main memory (12 MB recommended) for Windows 95 or
higher and 16 MB main memory (32 MB recommended) for
Windows NT Workstation
• Hard disk with 10 to 50 MB free memory space (the actual
demand depends on the selected functions and the current
system configuration)
• Available 9-pole serial connection for remote data transmission
• VGA graphics adapter board or graphics adapter board with
higher resolution (SVGA 256 colours recommended)
