1. Place the chair

back (#1) onto a

protected surface.

2. Prepare 2 bolt assemblies

by first inserting a lock

washer (#D) onto the bolt

(#C) then a flat washer (#E)

onto that same bolt (#C).

3. Align the cushion (#2) to

the center holes on the

chair back (#1), then insert

the bolt assemblies into

the center holes and secure

using the Allen wrench (#F).

1. Prepare 4 bolt assemblies

by first inserting a lock

washer (#D) onto the bolt

(#A) then a flat washer (#E)

onto that same bolt (#A).

2. Insert 2 bolt assemblies

into each back corner

of the cushion (#2)

and secure using the

Allen wrench (#F).
