TELESCOPING HOLLOW SLEEVES
SLEEVE ONLY, FIRESTOPPING BY OTHERS
• UL Listed sleeves, when installed per UL Systems
• Firestopping provided by others (no intumescent material included),
can achieve 2 or 3-hour F-Ratings
• Telescoping design adjusts from 8” to 12”, in ¼” increments.
• Cut to as short as 4-1/2”.
• Available for ½” to 6” penetrants – piping, etc.
• For insulated and non-insulated pipes
• Fast, simple concrete sleeve for flat form decks
• Includes locator whiskers, to locate buried sleeves
• Dimensions on sleeve allows for simple height adjustment when cutting
• Safety caps meet OSHA hole cover requirements
• No field assembly required
• Sleeve remains in slab, unlike typical hollow sleeves
• Accepts HOLDRITE HydroFlame Pro Series Corrugated Metal Deck
Plate, for corrugated deck forms
• Extensions are available for slabs over 12”

Cut inner and outer sleeve
if desired height is under 8”
Remove cap with Safety Cap
Tool or break out with hammer
Lock outer sleeve in place
Install pipe
Install mineral and fire
caulking as required
Re-install cap & insert whiskers Nail to form deck
