Since the introduction of the #101-18 copper bonded bracket over 34 years ago, HOLDRITE has been “Converting
Makeshift Methods into Engineered Solutions.” The Hubbard family business was born in 1982 when Master
Plumber George Hubbard designed a pipe support solution to replace the time-consuming and labor-intensive
method of cutting blocks of wood to support water piping. George’s invention would ultimately revolutionize
plumbing methodology throughout North America by creating the secondary pipe support plumbing methodology.
Understanding the plumber’s perspective has always been in HOLDRITE’s DNA. Even as HOLDRITE evolved
into an international company and industry leader in multiple product and service categories, retaining a
plumber’s perspective has remained our strategic competitive advantage. We recognize that our value comes
from constantly providing innovative product solutions to the plumbing industry. Our commitment to visiting our
customers and listening to their input means that we understand plumbing applications better than anyone.
This philosophy allows us to solve contractor problems, generate new revenue streams for distribution, and

Hundreds of millions of HOLDRITE products have been installed into a wide variety of construction projects,
including single- and multi-family residential, healthcare, institutional, hotel, university, and many other sectors
such as service and repair and tenant improvement. By understanding both the large-project perspective
and the requirements of specific applications, HOLDRITE has developed solutions essential in creating “shop
standards” for the collaborative eorts of developers, architects, engineers, and contractors. HOLDRITE has
been established as the recognized brand leader or category expert in such product and service categories as
secondary pipe supports, acoustic noise and vibration isolation of plumbing systems, sleeving and firestopping
systems, equipment support and water heater accessories, and drain, waste and vent (DWV) support and testing
solutions.
HOLDRITE also oers value-added, no-cost services to the plumbing contractor, engineer, architect, and
wholesale distributor to assist with dierent stages of the project. These VIP services include specification and
submittal assistance, 3-D product drawings, custom installation detail pages, installation animations, Building
Information Modeling (BIM), specification authorship, installation training, engineering judgements, technical
support and project “take-o” assistance.
