DISTRIBUTION AND SHIPPING POLICY

HOLDRITE HydroFlame Pro Series
• Qualifies for standard HOLDRITE distribution and shipping terms.
HOLDRITE HydroFlame Custom Built Products Only
• Product Returns -Due to the CUSTOM NATURE of the product, purchase orders are NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
• Shipping and Iead times – Please note all HydroFlame Custom Built orders ship from Tennessee. Due to the custom nature of the product it
typically takes 5 or more days to produce plus shipping time from Tennessee. To establish lead times, please contact our customer service
team at 800-321-0316.
• Freight Minimum – Prepaid freight is $4,000 net price for continental USA and Canada. For more information contact our customer support team.
ADDITIONS & CHANGES:
HOLDRITE product orders normally ship within 24 hours. If there is an exception to this you will be contacted by our Customer Support
Department. We make every eort to comply with your Purchase Order instructions. HOLDRITE will accept changes to orders; however, doing
so may delay your order and additional freight charges may be incurred.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
All returns must comply with the established guidelines below:
1. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for ALL returns. This number is obtained by contacting our Customer Support
Department at [phone]. The RGA is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
2. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the location below:

Returns to any other location or address will be rejected and shipped back to the sender.
• ALL returned product must be: (1) In full box quantities, (2) of current design and material, and (3) in salable condition.
• A credit memo will be issued against the Distributor’s Net Price at the time of return, and will only be issued once quantities have been
verified. Credit memos are only issued for full box quantities. Broken boxes, unsaleable material, specials or non-cataloged products will not
be considered for credit.
• A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL HOLDRITE HYDROFLAME PRO SERIES RETURNS ONLY.
• All product sold 18 months from date of shipment is NON-Returnable.
• All product returns are subject to the above terms and conditions.
ERRORS & SHORTAGES:
Shipping errors (e.g., wrong sizes or shortages) must be reported to our Customer Support Department within 10 days after receipt of goods.
Please notify, within the 10 day window, our Customer Support Department at [phone].
DAMAGE TO FREIGHT:
Any shipments that appear to be damaged in transit must be noted when signing for receipt of delivery.

LIABILITY OF MISUSE:
HOLDRITE will not be liable for damages to property or persons due to improper installation of our product or material or through attempts to
utilize the product or material under conditions which exceed the designed capabilities. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold HOLDRITE
harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses asserted against us or incurred by us because of injuries to persons
